Sleep disturbances refer to a combination of events which causes difficulty in sleeping properly. Often, this condition is regular and sleep quality is poor, thus posing a negative impact on energy, emotional balance, and health.

How Does It Occur?

Common symptoms for sleep disturbance include feeling irritable, fatigue, difficulty staying awake, loss of concentration/focus, difficulty in controlling emotions, etc. For insomnia, common symptoms include poor concentration and focus, memory difficulties, impaired motor coordination, irritability, increased automotive accidents due to fatigue.
